Couples can add instant Polaroid photographs or genuine 35mm film photography to their wedding coverage. These options provide tangible, nostalgic images with a character that digital photography cannot completely duplicate.

How much does wedding photography cost with Captures by Chloe?

Captures by Chloe offers four wedding photography packages. The Intimate includes four hours of coverage for $1,400. The Classic includes six hours for $1,950. The Signature includes eight hours for $2,550. The Heirloom includes nine hours for $3,200. Custom coverage may be available for weddings that do not fit one of these packages.

What is included in every wedding photography package?

Every package includes Chloe as your photographer, continuous wedding-day coverage, a specified number of hand-edited digital images, an unedited proof gallery for selecting your favorites, a high-resolution online gallery, a wedding planning call, custom photography timeline assistance, sneak peeks, and printing and personal sharing rights.

How many edited wedding photographs will we receive?

The Intimate includes 150 hand-edited images, the Classic includes 200, the Signature includes 250, and the Heirloom includes 300. The number of edited photographs corresponds with the amount of wedding-day coverage included in each package.

Will we receive the unedited wedding photographs?

Couples receive an unedited digital proof gallery to review and select the photographs they want professionally edited. Your selected favorites are then carefully edited and delivered through a high-resolution online gallery. The number of final edited images depends on the package selected.

Which wedding packages include 35mm film photography?

The Classic and Signature packages each include one roll of 35mm film photographed throughout the wedding day. The Heirloom includes two rolls. The film is professionally developed and scanned so the completed images can be included with your wedding collection. Film photography is not included with the Intimate package.

The initial proof gallery is typically delivered within a few weeks after the wedding. Couples then select their favorite photographs for professional editing. Final edited images are generally delivered within four to six weeks after those selections have been submitted.

What rights do we receive with our wedding photographs?

Every package includes printing and personal sharing rights. Couples may download, print, and share their finished wedding photographs with friends and family for personal use.

Wedding photography is also available in Knoxville, Asheville, and other nearby destinations. Travel fees may apply, and pricing outside the primary Tri-Cities service area may differ.

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

Many couples reserve their wedding photographer 6 to 12 months in advance. Popular spring and fall dates may fill earlier, so it is best to contact Chloe as soon as you have chosen your wedding date and venue. Couples planning on shorter notice are still encouraged to ask about availability.
