Captures by Chloe couples photo sessions start at $200 for a 30-minute Essential Session. The one-hour Signature Session is $250, and the one-hour Premium Session is $300.

What is included in a couples photography package?

Every package includes photography time, all unedited digital images delivered through an online gallery, and a selected number of professionally edited photographs. You choose your favorite images from the initial gallery to be edited.

How many professionally edited photographs are included?

The Essential Session includes 12 edited photographs, the Signature Session includes 16, and the Premium Session includes 20. All packages also include the unedited digital images from your session.

Can we choose which photographs are professionally edited?

Yes. You will receive an online gallery containing the unedited photographs from your session. You can review the gallery together and select the images you want Chloe to professionally edit.

Where can couples photo sessions take place?

Sessions can take place outdoors in Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton, Jonesborough, and other locations throughout or near the Tri-Cities. Extended locations such as Roan Mountain, Carver’s Gap, Watauga, and Greeneville are available with the appropriate package.

Can we have our couples session indoors?

Yes. Captures by Chloe has a spacious photography studio in downtown Johnson City. The studio features professional lighting, solid backdrops, exposed brick, vintage furniture, and a large collection of props.

Do we need experience posing together?

No experience is necessary. Chloe provides gentle posing guidance and candid prompts to help you relax, interact naturally, and create photographs that feel authentic to your relationship.

What should we wear for a couples photo session?

Choose outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your personalities. Your clothing does not need to match exactly, but complementary colors and a similar level of formality usually photograph well together. Can we change outfits during the session?

Outfit changes are available during sessions lasting one hour or longer. The number of outfits you can use depends on the amount of time booked, so couples wanting several different looks should allow enough session time for the changes.

What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor session?

If rain or severe weather makes the session unsafe or uncomfortable, Captures by Chloe will reschedule your outdoor couples session. You may also ask whether the downtown Johnson City studio is available as an indoor alternative.

When will we receive our photographs?

The initial online gallery of unedited images is typically delivered within approximately one week of the session. After you select your favorite photographs, the professionally edited images are typically delivered within approximately one additional week.
